There is no log processing time or wait time. You simple enter in the required information and you get the results. Easy as 1,2 3. I like this because the person doesn't need to be running around to different places - I do it from my office. All this with the cost of the service makes it a simple choice foe me. I won't be going anywhere else for this service. **What do you dislike about Certn?** With using Certn - I have had no isues with any of the features that is offered. All the features available are very useful in assesing employees as well as candidates. We are going to use this feature for all of our new hires. The website is designed with ease of implementation in mind. The website is an excellent ease of integration with other services. Due to all this obviously our frequency of use will increase surely. Regarding the product itself, I particularlyappreciate the high rate of successful verification sessions and personalization possibilities of the platform, so we easily tailor the design to our clients’ needs. In addition, the team is very helpful and always listening. They keep on improving the product and coming up with new advancements. **What do you dislike about Certn?** There’s nothing that comes to my mind so far. In case of some minor issues, the tech support from was helpful and solved the problems. **What problems is Certn solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Trustmatic as an identity verification software that we integrate into the apps we build. Our client base is mainly professional sport clubs and sport betting companies & apps and it is necessary to secure remote identity verification with KYC compliance for them. Therefore, we use Trustmatic as our IDV vendor solving identity verification of our clients’ users. ### 39. The support team is also very quick to respond and provides great resources. In terms of user experience on the candidate's end, I have received feedback that the instructions to have your background check done are clear and succinct, and leave little room for error or misinterpretation. **What do you dislike about Certn?** It would be really helpful if we could add our own notes to the final application once it has been completed. That way, if it has been tagged as 'review,' we could add our own findings and ensure we have everything documented in the Employee's profile. I also think that the final report summaries could be better laid out/easier to read. Right now, I find it takes time to figure out what section I want to look for. **What problems is Certn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certn is solving the issue of prompt, secure, and detailed background checks. It has helped our company do checks for both American and Canadian new hires all on one platform. Certn has also solved the problem of lag time when doing background checks for candidates. There have been no issues or doubts that we will receive results before the first day of employment.
