If it&#39;s a non-technical organizer, the fancy feature set is irrelevant, what matters is whether they can set it up without a support ticket per screen. I&#39;d honestly judge this by making the least technical person on your team build a test event during the trial. If they get stuck, that&#39;s your answer, no demo will save you. Is the event wall genuinely for organizers to manage, or will attendees be posting to it live? Because moderation load is the thing that surprises people.
