**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

I can choose exactly what I need, like a flyer or a postcard, and with just a couple of clicks I can download it. Then I can print as many copies as I want, or send it out to be printed. I am a user, I don't have any idea on actual dollar amount cost.  But there is ease of use and a great time saver.  I would think that is worth something.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

I’d like to see more templates added, as the current selection feels a bit limited.

**What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a flyer, or a one-page document, that I could distribute. With limited time and not much experience creating the kind of document I had in mind, I was worried it would take a lot of effort. BoldTrail made it super easy by letting me simply choose what I wanted and download it. Being able to modify the parts I needed on the document was also really helpful.

Nothing. I signed up thinking I would have access to capabilities that they don't have. Then some of the capabilites they do have didn't work for me because I live in a small area. When Itried to cancel several times, they told me no. They said I was stuck in a contract. How was I suppsed to truely know what I was getting and what would or would not work for me without being able to test their software before hand. I feel like they are holding me hostage in this contract and that is shady! Iwould never hold someone to a contract if they weren't satisfied with my work!

None. I am payign for a software program that I know that I don't want to keep using. So, I am not going to invest anymore of my time converting to this software.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

The campaigns are awesome, and the automation is great as well. I’ve never run into a problem that I couldn’t get resolved through chat support, and the Agent Success Plan course is a really solid place to start.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

I have not had any significant difficulties. Just the learning curve, but that takes time, I'm sure.  The help via chat can be a long wait on occasion, but usually no more than an hour.

**Recommendations to others considering BoldTrail:**

Always click the help bubble and search for answers when you are having trouble or unsure what to do.  If you can't find the answer, then open the help chat, and work on other things while you are waiting for the live chat tech to respond.  The answers will be provided when the tech gets to you!

**What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up my digital marketing and my website, tracking the activities and favorite properties of the visitors to my KvCore website, automatic communication touches via email and text gives me free time to be in front of potential clients. SPF and DNS has been an issue, but that is from limitations of my brokerage system.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

The website looks pretty good, that's really the only benefit.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

Where do I even begin? Before signing with BoldTrail / Inside Real Estate, do yourself a favor and read the Google reviews, Reddit threads, G2 reviews, and Capterra reviews. I really wish we had taken them more seriously.

Our experience has been awful. Since switching from CINC to BoldTrail, we’re getting only a small fraction of the leads we used to get—and no, this is definitely not a case of “quality over quantity.” Out of our $1,100 monthly ad spend, they’re pretty much only sending Facebook leads, and the quality is not good at all. With CINC, we were getting over 50 Google leads a month on the same budget. BoldTrail can’t come anywhere close. We’re already into the first week of this month and haven’t received a single Google lead. The results have been HORRIBLE.

The CRM itself is clunky and poorly designed, and it clearly isn’t built with the day-to-day reality of Realtors, brokers, or sales teams in mind. Oh and on the sales demo they may say they have certain items like AI text messaging or video text messaging, but everything is an Addon, and costs extra on top of the $1,600 a month we're already paying.

Overall, the platform has been a MAJOR step backward for our business. The worst part is that once you realize how bad it is, they still make it extremely difficult to get out of the contract. We regret leaving CINC. BoldTrail has been a complete disappointment, from the product to the overall experience. And despite our best efforts to get out of the contract because they’re not holding up their end of the deal, they’ll just send it to collections. I’ve escalated this multiple times and even emailed their CEO - no surprise, he didn’t respond.

Buyer beware... don’t walk, run the other direction!

Honestly, it’s been more of a hindrance than a help. We ended up signing up for a much less expensive CRM, FollowUp Boss, because it offers more features and actually lets us accomplish what we need. BoldTrail has been a complete waste for us; the only real benefit is that it’s an all-in-one solution, basically a jack of all trades, master of NONE.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

The platform concept is straightforward — a managed Google Ads service for real estate agents. Setup was handled by their team, which requires little technical knowledge from the agent.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

The platform does not support international phone numbers — a critical limitation that was never disclosed at contract signing. I discovered this after five months and $7,500 in payments, when it was finally confirmed in writing by IRE staff on March 2, 2026.
My Google Ads campaign was suspended on November 25, 2025 with no notice to me. Billing continued at $1,500/month throughout the suspension.
On May 4, 2026, IRE's General Counsel confirmed in writing that campaign performance data will never be provided to clients because it is "proprietary to IRE." I contracted for a managed advertising service and was denied any visibility into how my money was being spent.
I sent formal breach notices on April 8 and April 29, 2026. Both were rejected. I have now paid $12,000 with no data access, a suspended campaign, and undisclosed platform limitations. I have filed complaints with the Florida AG (FDUTPA), the FTC, and the BBB.

**What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is not solving any problems. I contracted BoldTrail/IRE Lead 360 in October 2025 to generate and manage buyer leads in the Miami real estate market. After 8 months and $12,000, I have no data access, experienced an undisclosed ad suspension, and was told in writing that campaign transparency will never be provided. The service has not benefited my business in any measurable way.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

I like that everything in BoldTrail works very good, but what really stands out for me is their CRM. It's the first one I've seen that's clean and doesn't have too many things where it's overwhelming to go into the back end. Most realtors don't want to log into something overwhelming, but BoldTrail's CRM is nice and clean without a bunch of buttons to click and look at. What they built with their AI makes sure we don't have to spend so much time on lead follow-up. Also, setting it up was very easy and the customer service was amazing. So far, I'm very happy with everything, and I'd definitely rate it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

No complaints on any part of the platform

**What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BoldTrail for clients to look up properties and get alerts for new ones. Its CRM is clean, not overwhelming, helping track clients and leads efficiently without spending much time on lead follow-up.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

I use BoldTrail for my Real Estate and mortgage business. It helps me follow up with clients and keeps them on top of mind while also assisting me with task follow-through. I enjoy features like calling video, template emails, and campaigns, which are really great with buyers. The analysis of the market for listings is another aspect I find valuable. I believe these tools are essential for every real estate agent. I love the 'stream' feature because it’s multiversal in terms of what we can accomplish in the app. The communication with clients is clear, creating a nice flow for both me and the client. The transition to BoldTrail had a very nice flow, and the team worked very well.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

I wish we could tag multiple people on a client. Like a Lead Realtor and a showing agent plus the mortgage loan officer.

**What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BoldTrail helps me follow up with clients, remember tasks, and maintain clear communication. It provides tools like calling videos, template emails, and campaigns that are essential for real estate agents.

I like how user friendly it is. It is easy to use and figure out what to do. I also like how quickly I can accomplish my tasks in BoldTrail!

I can't say that there is anything I don't like. I have used several other CRMs and I can say there are things I don't like about them!

There are many ways to automate communication with leads and clients in order to stay engaged. Your activities and follow-up is easily managed with reminders.

Some of the screens are clunky and not designed well. They are functuonal but could be more user friendly

Keeping in touch with clients and future clients. It also does a great job of managing leads and notifying me when someone revisits my website. It does a good job of watching the funnel of leads and letting know who is actively engaging in real time.

There is nothing positive to say... I recommend everyone read the reviews about this company on multiple platforms

The system proved to be unnecessarily complex for our workflow, and several critical features were either unavailable or did not function as expected. Most notably, I never received text notifications for incoming leads, which significantly affected our ability to respond promptly. In addition, the platform lacked the lead routing capabilities our business requires, making it unsuitable for our operations.

The Sales person . He is very persistent. Be careful.

I faced a lot of trouble with BoldTrail. First off, the onboarding process took way too long, which was frustrating. Then, even after I specifically asked them not to activate my account due to the delayed onboarding and issues with contacting them, they still charged me $409.75 and kept my account active. I wasted both time and money, and eventually had to switch to another CRM provider who delivered the services quickly, unlike BoldTrail where two months passed and I received emails saying my account is only 20% in process. I called them to try and resolve the issue, but they wouldn't fix it. There was no communication, and they didn't resolve my problems. Despite not receiving any services, they continued to charge me.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

I like BoldTrail for real estate because it helps with constant follow-up, creates tasks, landing pages, and squeeze pages. I appreciate how it allows valuations to be sent and manages landing pages. What I find most valuable is that BoldTrail keeps me front of mind without having to do anything. Even though it was difficult to understand initially, I'm now having a better understanding of it. I still use BoldTrail, and I would recommend it highly to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

I have issues with emails going to spam or getting unsubscribed due to bounce backs, even when they are verified. The initial setup was difficult to understand, but I have a better understanding now.

BoldTrail handles constant follow-up, task management, and landing pages, keeping me front of mind effortlessly.

I really like BoldTrail's alarm feature. It sets alarms to contact people I haven't reached in a while. If I haven't spoken with a client in thirty days or more, it gives me a note alert to reach out to them after thirty days. This is beneficial for staying in touch with clients.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

I think BoldTrail could be a little more user-friendly, and learning how to use it is challenging.

BoldTrail sets alarms to contact people I haven't reached in a while, reminding me to reach out to clients after thirty days.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

As I said in my Title, and also in my previous review, I love the fact that it’s my go to app. It keeps everything in one place and it keeps everything consolidated and easy to get around and keep track of everyone separately. I also like that I’m able to group different Contacts together based on hashtags or what their criteria is.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

The only thing I don’t like is the yellow highlighting because it makes it a little difficult for me to see things but other than that, I don’t think there’s much to change or add.

It keeps things in place. I love that there is a place to add tasks. I also love that you can schedule things to be done automatically. Each contact has a very concise page dedicated just to them.

I really like the PropertyBoost feature in BoldTrail. It's simple and acts as an additional asset for my listing consultations, helping me stand apart from other agents. The initial setup of BoldTrail was also very easy.

I wish I could just see my information on the dashboard and not my whole team's information all the time.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail?**

It helps me keep all my contacts stored in a neat way so that I can check in daily and see what activity they have been up. For example: viewing listings, opening emails, etc. This allows me to follow up and start conversations. The system also makes it easy to create marketing campaigns and drip campaigns so that I am staying top of mind. It also has useful tools that make it easy to add web pages and blog posts.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

It can be really difficult to learn all the different features that the system has to offer. It's also cumbersome to set up campaigns.

BoldTrail makes it easier for me to stay in touch and connect with current clients and leads as they explore the real estate market and search for solutions.

My favorite and most helpful features on BoldTrail include the simple CRM for keeping track of my leads, as well as the marketing tools for blogs, my website, etc.

The PropertyBoost feature hasn’t been successful for me. The leads are often not qualified, or they don’t realize they’ve requested contact.

I like the variation in the premade marketing pieces with BoldTrail. The interface is fine, and I like being able to quickly go in and edit the open house kits to utilize them to market my properties.

Some of the interface within the graphic work gets a little bit wonky on my desktop.

adding the BrokerMint option to BoldTrail has been a game changer to keep my and my companies transactions in one place.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

Calls from PC to phone is working but still glitchy sometimes. Fails to connect or get disconnected. Wish they would add an better option to send out a newsletter to my list

**What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't see much what kvcore is doing to solve any problems and to benefit me , there should be more features unique to each agent or brokerage.

The app is fantastic! I love how easy it is to boost a listing, send a CMA, set up a search or market report. All fantastic features!

the search feature for the contacts could use some improvement. It's not always clear which filters are on/off and it spins for a while leaving me waiting for the contacts to pop up. The AI chatbot is typically wrong when I ask it qs about the software.

I had a hard time responding to inbound messages and emails on mobile because it didn't work properly. Plus, the lead Gen program didn't work at all. They lock you into a 12 month contract. I'm 45 days in for around $2400 and they haven't delivered a single motivated lead. Zillow would have been way cheaper.

The UI can be overwhelming and make it seem much more complicated to use than it is. Thankfully there have been many UI improvements over the years to mitigate this!

Boldtrail gives our agents a central hub to run their business from. By housing their database in the same place as where they generate their marketing, Boldtrail has removed the need to bounce from one tool to another.

The system is incredibly robust. Its great for making sure no leads fall through the cracks, and you are always connecting with your sphere in different ways. If you aren't logging in daily, you're missing something. The presentation tool, digital and print marketing material templates are wonderful for those agents who just need a good place to start. Never go empty handed! The chat support is also great to use. The AI usually can point you in the right direction, but if you need further information you can easily connect with a person.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail?**

Sometimes the mobile application has issues when using. I recommend to all my team to use the web version.  I also wish the search alerts for clients had more filter options.

follow up- and connecting with my sphere. its easy to forget to call someone, but bold trail helps communicate with your leads and reminds you when its time to reach out! Its a good place to keep your notes on clients to easily refer back later on.
