Adwrex customer support has made the experince of ad creation, enhancement requests and use of the product so simple. The staff is very responsive. As a customer, we are kept up to speed with upcoming enhancements and when we've requested new features they were programmed and released very quickly. We haven't found one yet! The ads are automatically created, they run for a predetermined amount of time and the clicks and view are easily accessible. AdWerx is a pretty small company and their support team has been very responsive to us and helped us when we were having issues. Their service is to design and place motion ads on common websites, which is valuable to our company.

We had a lot of issues when first starting with AdWerx, and the impression we got was that AdWerx was laying off a lot of their staff because no one was responding. Luckily, this has leveled out since.

Quality control issues are common, i.e. putting the wrong ad with the wrong website link.
