**What do you like best about 4outbound?**

4outound enhances call distribution, automates tasks and reveals agents’ productivity in real time.  This has led to high number of calls being made and answered as well as increased efficiency of the agents.

**What do you dislike about 4outbound?**

What I have noted is that there is a relative lack of detail in this case.  There is no granularity in the reports about identifying key metrics concerning an individual agent’s performance.

**What problems is 4outbound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

4outound takes a lot of the trivial work involved in outbound calling and connects the agent to have valuable discussion.  This is because the performance of the system can be monitored in real-time thus enabling organizational intervention.
