I like using 4aGoodCause because I can easily separate funds without the monthly headache of organizing accounts. It's super simple to set up for campaigns and events, making them look great to my members. The ease of use is fantastic; the platform is super intuitive. Reporting is a breeze and can easily be pulled into spreadsheets. It’s easy to log in and create or update campaigns. I appreciate how the control allows me to assist donors with their donations easily, whether they need to increase amounts, cancel, or update their payment methods. The ability to share access with co-workers and association volunteers saves me tons of time. I can set up accounts for additional users who can log in and manage campaigns, freeing me up to focus on other work. Recurring donations have become a huge portion of our annual donation revenue. Also, I love that 4aGoodCause is constantly implementing improvements and communicates these changes effectively. If ever there's an issue, their response is quick with solutions. I really appreciate Ronald Pruitt, who runs 4aGoodCause, for his leadership and support. The helpful webinars he offers have helped me gain skills I didn't have before in raising money for our nonprofit. His willingness to join our staff and board meetings on Zoom to provide specific training has been invaluable for our organization's efficiency. I like that the software is easy to use, even for people with limited technological skills. The switch to 4aGoodCause was very easy, and now almost my entire staff can use it. I love so far how simple of an interface 4aGoodCause has compared to some other software solutions. I also really appreciate that they also offer a CRM to easily manage donors, this is a huge bonus considering other similar platforms don't always have that integration. The cost is very prohibitive for us because it starts at $84 per month for 2,000 contacts. For organizing just one event per year through this software, we couldn't rationalize the price per month, as our planning (like getting sponsors and such) takes at least 6 months, if not longer.
