I love the personal attention and customer service. Ronald is always available to answer my questions and assist with things, even when I could look them up in manuals or videos. The software is easy to use and was very easy to set up. The ability to organize our donor profiles and the easy integration with Mailchimp are quite helpful. As a very lean operation, it's reassuring to know they have my back, and I can count on them in a pinch. **What do you dislike about 4aGoodCause?** I want more options and the ability to add more text on pages with 4aGoodCause. It would be great if there were multiple ways to give, like Apple Pay, Zelle, or crypto. Making it really easy to give, maybe with just pressing one button, would be awesome since people don't have time to enter credit card information. **What problems is 4aGoodCause solving and how is that benefiting you?** 4aGoodCause organizes our donor profiles, integrates easily with Mailchimp, and helps process online donations and event registrations. We're not very technically savvy so when I have any question at all about fundraising pages, reports, etc., Ronald has always been willing to talk with me and always available. **What do you dislike about 4aGoodCause?** I do not know of any downsides to 4aGoodCause. **What problems is 4aGoodCause solving and how is that benefiting you?** 4aGoodCause is not solving any problem for us. I also really appreciate that they also offer a CRM to easily manage donors, this is a huge bonus considering other similar platforms don't always have that integration. **What do you dislike about 4aGoodCause?** The cost is very prohibitive for us because it starts at $84 per month for 2,000 contacts.
