That is very helpful when starting receiving new hire documentation.

Their menu, it is very confusing and simple.

Administering files and giving follow ups thank to their notification software.

**What do you like best about 321Forms?**

We use this for ALL new hire paperwork and it saves us a ton of time. It only takes our HR team minutes to skim through and complete paperwork now instead of days.

**What do you dislike about 321Forms?**

The only thing we dislike is the fact that it can be hard to change any documents once they are uploaded in the system.

**What problems is 321Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have a more streamlined onboarding process and a better candidate experience with 321Forms.

**What do you like best about 321Forms?**

95% of my workforce is remote. 321Forms allows us to onboard these employees and provide them their paperwork in one simple platform. 

**What do you dislike about 321Forms?**

I dislike that 321Forms doesn't allow employees to view the forms again after they expire (from what I understand). The forms get automatically submitted to our payroll provider. However, we have the option to download all of these files, which we save internally.
