1up simplifies and accelerates painful security questionnaires by fully automating them. Finally there is a product that mops up the minutia of compliance detail and feeds it into the questionnaires that are required in the sales motion. There's tons more to think about besides these invasive, repetitive intake forms. We can actually get to selling and communicating with prospects in a positive way. Working with the 1up Team has been excellent, they are always willing to listen and constantly work with us. As super users - we often provide feedback which they have incorporated into the product and the roadmap. Sevco loves using 1Up for our sales and competitive intelligence efforts. Using Slack with 1Up centralizes all that the sales reps find about competition and the automation of the AI makes responding to RFI/RFP so much easier and quicker! Best tool we've seen so far that does not require a dedicated RFP resource to manage. We moved off Loopio because of that and we often found our answers constantly out of date. With a team that is constantly growing and evolving, as well as undergoing training, it is vital that they have the resources available to answer questions when team members are not around. 1UP has become that team member. All internal knowledge respective to these depts are easy to draw unique answers from. Ask 1up is great and can be used as a knowledge source beyond just RFPs.

Not great at answering complex questions that require complex answers. Requires some prompt engineering sometimes to get the answer you are looking for. Ask1up has a limitation on question length which makes using it quite cumbersome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
