I’ve been consistently impressed by the level of support at MaxRTE. In the past, working with other clearinghouses meant waiting weeks for even a basic acknowledgment of an issue—MaxRTE, by contrast, responds to every inquiry within 24 hours. Their attentiveness not only speeds up issue resolution but gives me confidence that nothing will slip through the cracks.
Equally valuable is their transparency. On the rare occasion of a service interruption, MaxRTE doesn’t just restore connectivity—they explain exactly what caused the outage and what steps are being taken to prevent it in the future.
