What do you like best about RevPal?

I appreciate that RevPal always tries to find the root cause of a problem and solve it before going for a Band-Aid fix. This approach is refreshing because we need rapid velocity on surface-level requests that are only going to be directionally accurate. The RevPal team has been very good and efficient at managing those expectations with us, finding a middle ground that helps us resolve root cause issues while also addressing our need for speed on certain asks. I also appreciate the strategic lens they take when thinking about go-to-market operations holistically, which stands out compared to just transactional ticket-based asks. This strategic partnership approach is something I see us expanding as they learn more about our business and its operations. They also improve our Salesforce setup, which enhances reporting and engagement for our go-to-market teams, along with additional support on Marketo through our marketing team. What do you like best about RevPal?

I like RevPal because they act as a strategic partner, allowing us to focus our internal resources on higher impact tasks instead of administrative tasks in the CRM or other tech stack areas. I also appreciate their quick turnaround on tasks and their work on data hygiene at scale, as well as implementing AI workflows and solutions. Their collaboration and technical expertise stand out for me. I also appreciate RevPal's work on marketing attribution workflows, new workflows tied to BDRs, and overall Salesforce hygiene. What do you like best about RevPal?

I really appreciate RevPal for taking the time to do a thorough discovery with my timeline in mind and showcasing flexibility and expertise throughout the Sales cycle. They are helping us redesign our Sales motion and specifically our CRM, tackling key problems like impact on our stage-by-stage conversion and churn rates. RevPal has provided excellent strategic and technical resources with expertise that helped us design scalable solutions and workflows. They ensured that stakeholders' feedback and needs were connected to KPIs, keeping those KPIs and pain points at the forefront of our build. Their project management capabilities offer structure, responsiveness, and an agile nature. Their widespread RevOps technical and strategic expertise is a great advantage. They don’t just give advice-they roll up their sleeves and work alongside us to build processes that actually stick. What do you dislike about RevPal?

The only challenge is that, as with many boutique consulting firms, turnaround times can occasionally fluctuate depending on their client load. Sometimes I’d love even more support or faster iteration, but overall this hasn’t materially impacted our progress. Their work quality remains consistently high. What do you like best about RevPal?

What do you like best about RevPal?

Very quick communicators, easy to talk over Slack and get help when needed. Access to both the strategy discussion as well as the nuts and bolts configuration all in one place. They also provide extensive user documentation to accompany any project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RevPal?

One downside for some (that I think is an upside) is working with a smaller company, they can be nimble and you can talk directly to the owner when needed which means a lot for the relationship. What do you like best about RevPal?

They don’t just give recommendations—they get into the weeds and fix problems in the systems themselves. Their RevOps talent is experienced, fast, and collaborative. The biggest upside is how they bridge the gap between strategy and execution. They helped us connect the dots across HubSpot, Looker, and our data warehouse without making it feel overwhelming. Since they’re a lean team, there were moments where we had to be mindful of how many priorities we were juggling at once. They always delivered high-quality work, but clearer alignment on what was most urgent helped things move faster. They’re fast, sharp, and easy to work with. What really stands out is the talent. These are RevOps folks who’ve worked inside some of the fastest-growing startups, so you’re not getting theory. What do you dislike about RevPal?

If I had to pick something, I wish they packaged more of their insights into docs or templates we could keep using. Nothing major, just would’ve been nice to have a little more leave-behind stuff.
