
I appreciate that RevPal always tries to find the root cause of a problem and solve it before going for a Band-Aid fix. This approach is refreshing because we need rapid velocity on surface-level requests that are only going to be directionally accurate. The RevPal team has been very good and efficient at managing those expectations with us, finding a middle ground that helps us resolve root cause issues while also addressing our need for speed on certain asks. I also appreciate the strategic lens they take when thinking about go-to-market operations holistically, which stands out compared to just transactional ticket-based asks. This strategic partnership approach is something I see us expanding as they learn more about our business and its operations. They also improve our Salesforce setup, which enhances reporting and engagement for our go-to-market teams, along with additional support on Marketo through our marketing team.
