**What do you like best about RevPal?**

I appreciate that RevPal always tries to find the root cause of a problem and solve it before going for a Band-Aid fix. This approach is refreshing because we need rapid velocity on surface-level requests that are only going to be directionally accurate. The RevPal team has been very good and efficient at managing those expectations with us, finding a middle ground that helps us resolve root cause issues while also addressing our need for speed on certain asks. I also appreciate the strategic lens they take when thinking about go-to-market operations holistically, which stands out compared to just transactional ticket-based asks. This strategic partnership approach is something I see us expanding as they learn more about our business and its operations. They also improve our Salesforce setup, which enhances reporting and engagement for our go-to-market teams, along with additional support on Marketo through our marketing team.

**What do you like best about RevPal?**

I like RevPal because they act as a strategic partner, allowing us to focus our internal resources on higher impact tasks instead of administrative tasks in the CRM or other tech stack areas. I also appreciate their quick turnaround on tasks and their work on data hygiene at scale, as well as implementing AI workflows and solutions. Their collaboration and technical expertise stand out for me. I also appreciate RevPal's work on marketing attribution workflows, new workflows tied to BDRs, and overall Salesforce hygiene. They continue to be a thought partner and offer ideas on how we can be more efficient, staying proactive with ideas about how they can help us.

**What do you dislike about RevPal?**

I haven't found anything so far! Keep being proactive.

If you are looking for strong thought partners that will be with you every step of the way of offer a highly customized experience, then I highly suggest Revpal!

**What problems is RevPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I reached out to RevPal when I joined an org that had a half implemented Hubspot instance. They had worked with a couple of other contractors that had created a mess of a build and I was a firdt time admin. They were able to clean up our hubspot instance, train me on how to use the tool, and most importantly, get our AEs in the tool within 5 weeks of signing our contract!

**What do you like best about RevPal?**

I really appreciate RevPal for taking the time to do a thorough discovery with my timeline in mind and showcasing flexibility and expertise throughout the Sales cycle. They are helping us redesign our Sales motion and specifically our CRM, tackling key problems like impact on our stage-by-stage conversion and churn rates. RevPal has provided excellent strategic and technical resources with expertise that helped us design scalable solutions and workflows. They ensured that stakeholders' feedback and needs were connected to KPIs, keeping those KPIs and pain points at the forefront of our build. Their project management capabilities offer structure, responsiveness, and an agile nature. Their widespread RevOps technical and strategic expertise is a great advantage. RevPal brings clarity and organization to our projects, helping them move forward quickly. Their industry expertise is incredibly valuable.

**What do you like best about RevPal?**

I appreciate their depth of expertise and the way they translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable steps. They’re collaborative, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in helping us improve. They don’t just give advice-they roll up their sleeves and work alongside us to build processes that actually stick. Their communication is strong, and they strike the perfect balance between strategic thinking and tactical execution.

**What do you dislike about RevPal?**

The only challenge is that, as with many boutique consulting firms, turnaround times can occasionally fluctuate depending on their client load. Sometimes I’d love even more support or faster iteration, but overall this hasn’t materially impacted our progress. Their work quality remains consistently high.

RevPal is helping us diagnose gaps in our revenue processes and bring more structure, consistency, and clarity to our go-to-market operations. Their guidance is helping us streamline workflows and build repeatable systems that scale.

**What do you like best about RevPal?**

They're a team of super professionals - they've all been in the Rev Ops space doing different things for a while. They have strategists, analysts, and folks that are straight up builders. It's a great mix for the team.

**What do you dislike about RevPal?**

No downsides that I'm aware of - they're not the typical consultant that I've used before that doesn't fully enable their work. They're thoughtful about use case and roll out as well.

**Recommendations to others considering RevPal:**

Hire them if you're looking for a great Rev Ops partner! You won't be disappointed.

**What problems is RevPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hired Rev Pal as our Rev Ops partner to fill some gaps in terms of our existing teams ability to deploy Rev Ops projects. We were looking for Hubspot support, lead gen support, and someone to assess our infrastructure and how we were operating. I was thrilled that they onboarded quickly and we were able to hit the ground running on an ICP project. Every team member was diligent, kept to schedule, and enjoyed building alongside us.

**What do you like best about RevPal?**

Very quick communicators, easy to talk over Slack and get help when needed. Access to both the strategy discussion as well as the nuts and bolts configuration all in one place. They also provide extensive user documentation to accompany any project.

**What do you dislike about RevPal?**

One downside for some (that I think is an upside) is working with a smaller company, they can be  nimble and you can talk directly to the owner when needed which means a lot for the relationship. If you're looking for a big company with lots of technicians to support you 24x7 then RevPal may not be the right fit.

**Recommendations to others considering RevPal:**

Talk to Christian and give them a shot. Smart people who do great work at good prices and flexible in how they can support you.

**What problems is RevPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have an internal RevOps team, so everything from configuring SFDC, understanding best practices, figuring out how to get reporting we need and making everything as simple as possible.

**What do you like best about RevPal?**

They don’t just give recommendations—they get into the weeds and fix problems in the systems themselves. Their RevOps talent is experienced, fast, and collaborative. The biggest upside is how they bridge the gap between strategy and execution. They helped us connect the dots across HubSpot, Looker, and our data warehouse without making it feel overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about RevPal?**

Since they’re a lean team, there were moments where we had to be mindful of how many priorities we were juggling at once. They always delivered high-quality work, but clearer alignment on what was most urgent helped things move faster. A bit more proactive heads-up on roadblocks would’ve made things even smoother — but overall, they were responsive and great partners.

**What problems is RevPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevPal helped us get a handle on our lead-to-revenue funnel, which was a mess of inconsistent CRM data, missing UTM tracking, and poor lifecycle hygiene. Their team worked directly with us to clean up key fields, fix attribution issues, and rebuild our reporting logic so we could finally trust our dashboards and align Marketing and Sales. It’s made a major difference in how we forecast and plan our campaigns.

**What do you like best about RevPal?**

They know their stuff, first a foremost. They have a great ability to quickly understand our business challenges, and translate those into actionable plans...but most importantly they deliver high quality and impactful work. They aren't just trying to shove their playbook at you, they listen well, do great discovery and partner with us very effectively to craft the best solutions.

Given they are boutique, at times you just wish you had more of their time, but if you have a strong sense for prioritization and focus, and keep lines of communication open they are top top top tier.

As a RevOps leader of a high growth B2B tech company, there are so many items the team has supported for me at 2 different orgs. From foundational system and infratstructure cleanup, to advance workflows, to bringing actionable insights (not just data noise)...they can do it all.

**What do you like best about RevPal?**

They’re fast, sharp, and easy to work with. What really stands out is the talent. These are RevOps folks who’ve worked inside some of the fastest-growing startups, so you’re not getting theory. You’re getting people who’ve seen what works in the real world and know how to apply it without wasting your time.

**What do you dislike about RevPal?**

If I had to pick something, I wish they packaged more of their insights into docs or templates we could keep using. Nothing major, just would’ve been nice to have a little more leave-behind stuff. Otherwise, no complaints. But I know this is something they are developing. So they will have it.

**Recommendations to others considering RevPal:**

You’re basically getting startup-tested RevOps thinking without having to hire a full-time headcount. If your systems feel clunky or you’re unsure what to fix first, start here. They’ll cut through the noise and move quick. Just be ready to keep up.

We needed help getting our RevOps strategy in shape. RevPal didn’t show up with cookie-cutter advice. They took time to understand our business, then gave us recommendations that were actually useful and built to scale. It gave us clarity fast and helped us clean up a lot of internal chaos.

They really know their stuff. We've made countless improvements to our systems through their recommendations. Having them as a partner also makes it so that we can focus our time on different things while we let them take care of some specific projects. It's a very symbiotic relationship.
