
The human contact is a real standout. Having an account manager who is happy to meet with us and go over our needs throughout the year is incredibly helpful. We’re a small social enterprise, so we really appreciate that support. As a primarily funded organisation, we feel CMAP is really geared toward traditional consultancies—where you create a quote for the client and then the client pays. With funded work, it tends to be the other way around, so we end up creating a quote in CMAP almost retrospectively.
