XPressEntry

XPressEntry is a physical security platform that runs on handheld badge readers to enable on-the-go access control, badge validation, emergency accountability, and personnel tracking. XPressEntry gives security and safety teams a way to scan credentials anywhere a fixed reader doesn't reach, such as loading docks, construction sites, remote gates, parking lots, muster points, and more. XPressEntry integrates with 40+ PACS platforms, including Genetec, LenelS2, AMAG, and Honeywell, pulling cardholder data and access rights from the system already in place. Handheld readers can scan badges or biometrics on or offline and sync access events back to the PACS once connection is restored. During a fire drill, severe weather event, or actual emergency, personnel scan badges at muster points, and XPressEntry builds a real-time list of who's accounted for. That replaces paper clipboards and shouted roll calls at manufacturing plants, refineries, campuses, and government facilities tracking large populations across multiple buildings. Badge validation lets security personnel authenticate credentials anywhere a fixed reader can't reach: remote gates, temporary entrances, or inside a secured space. XPID handheld readers check a scanned badge or biometric against the access control system in real time, showing the cardholder's name, photo, and an access granted or denied result, which helps deter tailgating. Entry and exit tracking captures movement at temporary entrances, remote gates, buses, or other points without a fixed reader installed. Each scan logs who entered or left and when, giving security teams accurate, real-time occupancy data for areas that would otherwise go unmonitored between official access control checkpoints. Events mode turns existing employee badges into check-in credentials for meetings, training sessions, and corporate gatherings, no separate registration system required. XPressEntry scans badges at the door, confirms attendance, and syncs the record back to the access control system, giving compliance and HR teams an auditable log of who showed up. Guard Tour brings patrol management into the same XPID handheld already used for badge scans. Guards follow scheduled routes, scan checkpoints to verify visits, and log incidents with photos, video, audio, or notes. GPS tracking lets supervisors watch patrol progress in real time and confirm routes were completed as planned. XPressEntry extends the reach for an existing PACS investment, without ripping out infrastructure, and provides real-time visibility into who's on-site and who's safe when it counts most.
