How it works

InstallCue

InstallCue is pre-installation site survey software for companies that deliver and install equipment – industrial machinery, laboratory instruments and commercial kitchen, refrigeration or vending equipment. One secure link asks the customer for measurements, utilities, access routes and photos; no app or customer account is needed and the link opens in the customer's language. Every answer is checked against your own thresholds the moment it is entered, so a doorway that is too narrow or a missing drain becomes a blocker before the crew is dispatched. Automatic email reminders stop as soon as everything is in. A person on your team reviews the answers and marks the site Ready, and the crew receives one install pack with measurements, photos, site contact and cleared blockers. 15 editable starter templates, unlimited users, no setup fee. Available in English, German, French and Italian.

InstaQuote

InstaQuote runs the admin side of a UK trade business so the tradesperson can stay on the tools. A job is typed, spoken or photographed and comes back as an itemised quote priced from the trade's own rates, and a typed one-room job is usually priced in 10 to 20 seconds. A photo gives the rough sizes and what is in the room, then the trade types or says the real sizes, and anything assumed is marked to check. The quote goes to the customer by WhatsApp, text or email. The customer reads it on their phone, signs it and pays the deposit, and the deposit books the job into the next free days. If the date does not suit, the customer moves it themselves. When the job is marked done the balance invoice goes out, and late payers are chased on day 1, 7, 14 and 21 with a pay link each time, stopping the moment they pay. VAT, CIS and the construction reverse charge are worked out on every quote and invoice. Bank statements are matched to invoices and expenses, with a running figure to put aside for tax. Merchant prices can be pasted or photographed and split into labour and materials with the trade's markup, booked jobs can be copied to Google Calendar, and the trade's own certificates are kept with expiry reminders. Each of 35 UK trades starts with its own price list, from plastering, building and roofing to electrical, plumbing and heating, and every figure can be changed. Every plan has the full product, priced as one flat monthly fee for the whole crew rather than per person, with a 7-day free trial and an optional trade website. InstaQuote takes no fee on the card payments a trade collects, and Stripe's own card rate still applies. Everything can be downloaded on any plan, even after cancelling.

Instero

Instero is a Polish-language CRM for companies that install and service building systems: electricians and heating installers, security and low-voltage contractors, HVAC and heat pump service teams, and solar PV installers. Quotes are built from a product basket with wholesaler price lists and the margin shown on every line, and the customer accepts them through a link. Accepted jobs go to the calendar and the weekly crew schedule. Technicians fill in reports on their phones and customers sign with a finger. Installed equipment keeps its warranty date, and the next maintenance visit comes back on its own. Invoices are imported from KSeF, Poland's national e-invoicing system, and can be issued with an add-on. Every plan includes a bundle of user accounts, from PLN 99 net per month, with a 14-day trial and no card required.

The company serves B2B customers across sectors including retail, financial services, non-profit, commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, public sector, construction, and facility management. iSite is designed to be scalable for small portfolios through to enterprise estates, with pricing typically aligned to properties, locations, or assets so organisations can match the platform to their footprint. iTER7

iTER7 is the management system for plumbing and heating contractors with several technicians in the field, built to be used from the phone, on site, with no app to install. At the end of a visit the technician dictates the work report by voice: the text lands in the right fields (work done, hours, material taken from the van, extras to confirm), the customer signs on the screen and the branded PDF goes out by email or WhatsApp. In the office the report is already written and signed: the electronic invoice (Italian SDI) comes from there, with no retyping. What it includes: job calendar, work reports with photos and signature, customers and installations with history, per-van stock with QR labels, quotes, electronic invoicing, WhatsApp and email notifications. Priced per company, not per user: with three technicians or ten the fee is the same (Basic €99 or Pro €199 a month, plus a one-off onboarding of €500 to €1,500). Dedicated installation for each company, on your own server if you prefer; data exportable at any time, no multi-year lock-in. Onboarding (configuration around the way you work, data import from spreadsheets or the old system, on-site training) usually takes two to four weeks. Developed and supported in Noale (Venice, Italy) by the person who wrote the code: on site across Veneto, remote across Italy.
