InstaQuote is a quoting and job management app for UK tradespeople. Users describe a job by voice note, photo or typed notes, and InstaQuote prices it from their own rates with VAT and CIS applied, producing a branded quote in about a minute. When a customer accepts, InstaQuote takes a card deposit, books the job into the trade's next free days and keeps Google Calendar in step, and the customer can move the date themselves. When the job is marked done, the invoice is drafted from the quote for the trade to send, and overdue invoices are followed up with up to four reminders. On the Accounts plan it also keeps the books: expenses, receipts, mileage, bank statement matching, VAT return figures and a running income tax estimate. InstaQuote is built for UK trades including plasterers, builders, electricians, plumbers, heating engineers, roofers, landscapers and decorators. It runs in a web browser and as an iPhone app. Plans start at £39 a month after a 7-day free trial.
