InstallCue Reviews & Product Details

InstallCue is pre-installation site survey software for companies that deliver and install equipment – industrial machinery, laboratory instruments and commercial kitchen, refrigeration or vending equipment. One secure link asks the customer for measurements, utilities, access routes and photos; no app or customer account is needed and the link opens in the customer's language. Every answer is checked against your own thresholds the moment it is entered, so a doorway that is too narrow or a missing drain becomes a blocker before the crew is dispatched. Automatic email reminders stop as soon as everything is in. A person on your team reviews the answers and marks the site Ready, and the crew receives one install pack with measurements, photos, site contact and cleared blockers. 15 editable starter templates, unlimited users, no setup fee. Available in English, German, French and Italian.
