Zentid FSM

Zentid FSM is field service management software for service companies that send technicians to client sites to run recurring work: annual maintenance contracts (AMC), scheduled visits and call-outs. It is built for four kinds of service company: Equipment maintenance: kitchen and bakery equipment, access and automatic doors, gym equipment, printing equipment, medical equipment, battery solutions, electrical equipment, lifts, fire and safety systems, radiators and industrial equipment. Cleaning and pest control: housekeeping and maid services, pest control, grease trap cleaning, and commercial and industrial cleaning. Facility management: FM companies, property and building maintenance, and multi-trade maintenance contractors. HVAC: AC maintenance and AMC contractors, chiller and duct work, and MEP maintenance. Most of these companies already run Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext or QuickBooks in the office, while the field still runs on WhatsApp groups, paper job sheets and Excel. Zentid does not replace that office system. It runs the field and connects back to it, so jobs and service reports stay in step with the books, and the accounts team can bill as soon as the work is done. Technicians get two ways to work. The Zentid Field mobile app (iOS and Android) gives them job details, checklists, photos, customer signatures and barcode parts logging. The app works offline and syncs when the connection returns. Or they can run their jobs through WhatsApp with nothing to install: receive the day's schedule, confirm jobs, send photos, capture signatures and close work orders. WhatsApp needs signal. Both feed the same system, which suits subcontractors, high turnover crews and older phones. In the office, Zentid Manage covers scheduling and dispatch, service requests, work order management, quotations and proforma invoices, AMC and service contract management with SLAs, preventive maintenance visits, inventory and van stock, technician attendance and GPS tracking, and reporting. Service reports can be issued in English and Arabic and shared with the client in one click. Zen AI Copilot helps office teams find information and finish admin tasks faster. Zentid connects to Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext, QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, Wati, Calendly and Tidio, and can integrate with other business software that offers a REST API. Invoices are issued from your accounting software, which Zentid connects to.

Zeus — Field Service Jobs

Zeus is a field service app for independent trades and small crews: electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, handymen and the other trades who work away from an office. Every address keeps its own record. Past visits, what you fixed, the quote, the invoice, what you charged and what you noticed for next time are all on one job, so you walk in already knowing what you did last time. The app works from a database on your own phone. You can create a job, run a checklist and log your work in a basement or a mechanical room with no signal at all. When you are back in range it syncs on its own. Quote on site, turn the quote into an invoice when the work is done, and keep track of what is still owed. Every amount is counted in whole cents and quote and invoice numbers are issued in order with none missing. Clients sign on the phone or through a one-time link, and the signed PDF is saved with a digital fingerprint of exactly what was signed. For your accountant, Zeus exports a CSV file, a QuickBooks .IIF file or a PDF pack. The Free Plan is not a trial and does not expire: one seat, with unlimited jobs, quotes and invoices, scheduling, client records, the Price Book, inspections and checklists. The Pro Plan adds job photos and documents, receipt scanning and the full scheduler. The Crew Plan gives each team member their own seat and login, with access set per person. Zeus runs on Android, iPhone and in a web browser, in 15 languages. It is available in Canada (outside Quebec), the United States, Australia and New Zealand, and is operated by Omni Data Tech Inc.

Zigaflow

Zigaflow is operations software for small and mid-sized businesses that buy from suppliers to fulfill customer orders. It sits between a CRM and an ERP: one system that carries each piece of work from quote to job, purchase order, delivery and invoice, so nothing is retyped between tools. It fits businesses that source, make or install to order in promotional merchandise, signage, garment decoration, audio-visual, office furniture and fit-out. Quote from your item list or from supplier price feeds, with cost and margin on every line and price breaks side by side. The accepted quote becomes the job. Raise purchase orders from it, track deliveries, and invoice from the finished job, with invoices syncing to Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent. Automations take the next step, approvals keep discounts and spend in check, and eForms capture sign-offs on site. Plans start at £79 a month, or £39 per user for quoting only, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card needed.

Zonar

Zonar provides fleet management, telematics, fleet health, and safety and compliance solutions for commercial and public fleets to operate more safely and efficiently. The company provides personalize, human support at every stage from service and solution engineering, to installation support and unlimited training, to phone-based customer service 24/7/365 at any stage. More than 15,000 fleets currently use Zonar solutions, which include fleet management software, video and tethered telematics, electronic verified inspection reporting, predictive maintenance, real-time GPS vehicle tracking, AI-powered dashcams, driver coaching software, electronic logging devices, fuel management, discreet asset tracking and field service management. For student transportation fleets, Zonar also provides school bus routing and fleet management, student rider safety solutions and digital ridership tracking. Founded in 2001 and based in the U.S., Zonar serves public and private fleets in student transportation, state and local government, utilities, construction, transit, vocational, field service and commercial freight markets across North and Latin America. The company is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, with key offices in Latin America. SOLUTIONS Zonar fleet management is the secure platform where authorized personnel access the information collected by telematics hardware. Features include real-time vehicle tracking on an interactive map, diagnostic reporting, inspections, asset utilization, asset and vehicle theft protection, field service management, reporting and business intelligence, and driver behavior monitoring and scoring. Fleets set their own operating thresholds for idle time, speed, geofences and security indicators, which trigger real-time alerts. The platform integrates with third-party applications and supports standard APIs. The Zonar V4™ telematics control unit (TCU) offers high-definition GPS tracking and 4G connectivity, with OBD-II, SAE J1708/1587 and J1939 compatibility. Along with engine diagnostics, the V4 supports true idle, speed, odometer, dynamic geofencing, fuel usage and anti-tamper alerts. This TCU is installed in light-, medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. The Zonar V4R is a ruggedized version for vehicles that work in tough conditions. The Zonar LD™ is a plug-and-play OBD-II TCU for light-, medium- and heavy-duty vehicles that captures a lighter set of data. Zonar Electronic Verified Inspection Reporting (EVIR®) standardizes the DOT-mandated pre- and post-trip inspection process, and features Zonar inspection tags placed at each inspection zone on a vehicle or asset. The inspector scans each tag as proof that the zone was checked. When the inspection is complete, results upload to Zonar fleet management for review and verification. Zonar EVIR® Mobile is a tagless inspection option available as an app for Android and iOS devices. Inspections are configured to match a fleet's vehicles, powered and non-powered assets, buildings and facilities, and fleet policies. Zonar dashcams, video telematics and driver safety solutions address three main problems: driver safety, vehicle depreciation caused by minor incidents, and driver accident exoneration. Coach is available with forward-facing and dual-facing cameras, giving fleets visibility of the road ahead and the driver. The dashcams’ AI detects 12 safety events, including speeding and distracted driving. The captured video gives fleet managers objective footage for coaching drivers and for clearing drivers who are wrongly accused. Safety teams use the solution’s metrics to measure how well their safety policies and programs are working. Zonar ZTrak® is a small, ruggedized, standalone asset tracker. It runs on a field-replaceable battery that lasts up to 10 years at one or two pings per day. The reusable ZTrak suits non-powered equipment, trailers, generators and similar assets. It is unbranded and built for assets in harsh conditions and remote locations, and for long deployments. A Theft Recovery Mode helps law enforcement locate stolen assets. Zonar Logs™ is the company's electronic logging device (ELD) solution for hours-of-service (HoS) compliance. It is self-certified with the U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to meet U.S. ELD regulations and is certified for compliance with Canadian ELD regulations. Zonar Emissions Check™ is a service for completing California Clean Truck Check (CTC) emissions scans on time. Scans run remotely through the vehicle's onboard V4 TCU, and scan data is shared with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) when required. Because the service is fully remote, fleets manage compliant scans at scale without third-party testing costs or buying certified tools. Zonar was the first telematics provider to receive formal CARB certification as a provider of continuously connected remote on-board diagnostic (CC-ROBD) testing devices. Zonar ZFuel™ is a patented report within Zonar fleet management. It compares actual driver habits with a simulated driver performing at maximum efficiency on the same configured trip. Fleets measure performance on factors drivers control, such as speeding, idling, RPMs and cruise control use, and reward drivers based on real-world performance rather than MPG alone. Zonar FaultIQ®, powered by Noregon, is a predictive maintenance solution. Fleets monitor overall fleet health down to each vehicle's health and safety score. The dashboard covers all makes, models and major components, so staff see which vehicles need immediate attention and why. FaultIQ explains each fault code and gives a recommendation for resolving it. Predictions are based on historical fault data and are updated monthly. The aim is fewer roadside breakdowns and less spending on towing and shop fees. Zonar Bus Suite is a student transportation platform that combines routing, GPS, turn-by-turn directions, ridership tools and a parent app. Dispatchers, fleet managers and transportation directors use it to manage runs, routes, field trips, buses and drivers from one place. They can plan routes ahead of time, adjust runs as needed, and keep parents and guardians informed. Zonar Z Pass® is a digital student ridership tracking solution. It records when and where students get on and off the bus. Fleets use the data to support student safety, answer questions and assist personnel during emergencies. They also use it to review vehicle and stop utilization. Zonar field service management software covers scheduling, dispatch, estimates, technician assignments, billing, work orders, invoicing, communications and operational tasks, and scales as a fleet changes in size.
