What do you like best about Zonar?

We’ve had a very positive experience with Zonar. Their customer service is consistently excellent and quick to respond whenever we run into an issue or need support. While we do not use extensive direct integrations with other systems, Zonar fits well into our daily transportation operations. I don't believe I have used any AI features within Zonar. My experience has primarily been with the system's transportation management, tracking, and operational tools. The system runs smoothly and efficiently, and we’ve found it to be reliable, straightforward, and easy to use day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zonar?

The GPS location can sometimes be delayed or inaccurate. I don't believe I have used any AI features within Zonar. My experience has primarily been with the system's transportation management, tracking, and operational tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zonar solving and how is that benefiting you?

As far as I know, Zonar is currently working on providing more accurate real-time GPS activity, which will be highly beneficial for our school bus transportation department. With this improvement, we’ll be able to give parents and schools more accurate information. As a dispatcher, I am primarily involved in the day-to-day operational use of Zonar. I do not manage the department’s budget or software purchasing, so I am not familiar with the pricing or overall cost of the software. From an operational standpoint, however, I find Zonar to be a useful and reliable tool for our transportation department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
