Gatherilla is an employee engagement platform for HR teams and team leads. It brings three tools together in one place: live team games, a daily word puzzle and peer recognition. Live team games: A host creates a game room and shares a short code. Players join from any device in a web browser and don't need an account. The library includes Common Ground, Range, Name Game, What the Zoom?, Quiz, Battle Quiz and Slim Digits. Teams use them in meetings, workshops, onboarding sessions and remote socials. Admins can manage the questions and images used in each game. Letterilla daily challenge: Every employee gets the same five-letter word puzzle each day, with six attempts to solve it. Players earn medals based on how many guesses they needed, and results appear on an organisation leaderboard. Bananas peer recognition: Employees send each other short recognition messages, each linked to one of the company's own values. Messages can be posted to a team feed or sent privately. Weekly allowances and per-person limits keep recognition spread across the team. Admins get a dashboard showing activity, which values are used most, top givers, and people who receive recognition but rarely give it. They also get an audit log.
