**What do you like best about Flexoh?**

It's east the implementation and useful to control the Flexible compensation plans

**What do you dislike about Flexoh?**

Compared to its competitors,  it is not very user friendly. Ir does not have a mobile phone version and it does not allow quick actions.

**What problems is Flexoh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to minimize the time required to manage flexible compensation plans.
