MediSign is an integrated practice management software at a very competitive price. It is addressed to doctors and health professionals in private practice. It is Cloud-based software, which means that an internet connection and a modern browser are enough to run MediSign from your computer, but also from your tablet or mobile phone. Your data is available from everywhere, anytime. Quickly add a new patient. A synonym check is performed when entering a new patient. Search for a patient using their name (only a few letters) or SSN. Electronic Health Records include patient demographics and photographs, personal history, family and social history, and encounters management. You can attach any type of document or image to a patient record or encounter record. MediSign includes medical terminology (like ICD10-CM) to facilitate the processing of patient records. However, the user can easily add custom terms. You can easily arrange the Appointments with the patients in weekly, monthly, and daily views. Patient Invoicing is quick and easy.
