We use QMar at my work in order to track client charts, see daily, weekly, monthly and yearly progress, communicate client medical information, and communicate with other department regarding client information safely. I love that we can log on to one system that allows us to read, update and share so much useful information across the facility regarding clients. I dislike that you can’t delete statements under client chart notes when you mess up. Also I wish there was a way to be able to mark multiple client profiles and add one note, group or activity to a large amount of clients charts.
