**What do you like best about One Touch EMR?**

The look of the software is nice. There are many tabs that made navigating accounts easier. Its an ease to add account information. The charts are organized nicely which make reading and reviewing them easier. 

**What do you dislike about One Touch EMR?**

When compiling chart notes you have to go through and select each one you want and then merge them together. Some times this works, other times you have to open and save each note and then add them all together. Its a pain. Information doesn't always integrate w/ our scheduling system. 

**Recommendations to others considering One Touch EMR:**

This software is good, but not great. It would probably be a better fit for a dental office. Some functions weren't applicable for what we needed and this caused problems. I would recommend having multiple trainings to go over all areas of the software so everyone is on the same page. 

**What problems is One Touch EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to have a more accessible EMR for patients. The patient portal helped patients schedule appointments and access their information. This resulted in less time being used to take calls.

The system is user friendly and fast hence no time wastage ,hence high efficiency achieved while carrying my operations.

**What do you dislike about One Touch EMR?**

The system need trained personnel with sound knowledge about it.

Great system ,i highly recommend it.

Procedure management,appointment management,compliance tracking,diagnostic management,radiology and imaging information management,general practice as neurologist made easier.
