**What do you like best about Medicat?**

Medicat is constantly evolving to meet the needs of college health.  Our site has been using the product since 2007.  I like the fact they are truly interested in customer feedback and over time have integrated these requests into their product.

**What do you dislike about Medicat?**

Post COVID, employee turnover has been an issue everywhere.  With the turnover, some of the support staff are not as experienced in the product and obtaining support has been a bit delayed at times.

**What problems is Medicat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation of the patient visit is easy for new staff to learn.  Reporting continues to improve aiding peer review, productivity, and management decsisons to best meet the needs of our patient population.

**What do you like best about Medicat?**

Medicat is an amazing EHR for College Health Clinics.  Their staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help find solutions to presenting issues. Our customer success manager, Maeghan Livaccari, is always a joy to interact with and is willing to go above and beyond to assist our clinic.

**What do you dislike about Medicat?**

There are some minor medical billing features that I would love to see incorporated within the Medicat system .  There is a major rehaul of the software underway and I am hopeful that Medicat will deliver.

**What problems is Medicat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall the Medicat team understands the needs and workflows of college health clinics. They are helping to simplify the workload of clincial and administrative staff.

**What do you like best about Medicat?**

Their support is terrific. I ask for help with an issue and am confident that they will take care of it in short amount of time. They take feedback well. I find the EHR easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Medicat?**

I think their reporting can be improved but they are currently working on that.

**What problems is Medicat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We also use it for Practice Management and Patient Portal
Integrating EHR with Patient Portal. They were integral to helping the university deal with COVID.
