"Comprehensive Solution for College Health"

What do you like best about Medicat?

Medicat is constantly evolving to meet the needs of college health. Our site has been using the product since 2007. I like the fact they are truly interested in customer feedback and over time have integrated these requests into their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medicat?

Post COVID, employee turnover has been an issue everywhere. With the turnover, some of the support staff are not as experienced in the product and obtaining support has been a bit delayed at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Medicat?

Medicat is an amazing EHR for College Health Clinics. Their staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help find solutions to presenting issues. Our customer success manager, Maeghan Livaccari, is always a joy to interact with and is willing to go above and beyond to assist our clinic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medicat?

There are some minor medical billing features that I would love to see incorporated within the Medicat system . There is a major rehaul of the software underway and I am hopeful that Medicat will deliver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
