Entriwise

Entriwise is an e-commerce accounting and integration platform that automates bookkeeping, inventory tracking, and financial reconciliation for sellers on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and eBay among other. It connects with NetSuite, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, and QuickBooks Online to streamline operations and eliminate manual errors. Entriwise is designed to solve one of the most persistent pain points in e-commerce: accurate, scalable, and automated financial management. For sellers juggling multiple online marketplaces, manually reconciling transactions, tracking inventory, and updating accounting records can be a time-consuming and error-prone nightmare. Entriwise steps in as a robust solution that automates these tasks, ensuring precision and saving hours of administrative work. At its core, Entriwise integrates marketplace data with accounting systems, enabling real-time syncing of orders, returns, fees, and inventory changes. Sellers using Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and eBay can connect their accounts to Entriwise, which then imports all relevant transaction data into their preferred accounting software, whether it's NetSuite, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, or QuickBooks Online. One of the standout features of Entriwise is its auto-reconciliation engine, which matches marketplace transactions with bank deposits and accounting entries. This drastically reduces the risk of mismatches, duplicate entries, or missed transactions. For businesses managing high volumes of orders, this feature alone can prevent costly accounting errors and streamline tax reporting. Entriwise also offers inventory tracking and profitability analytics, giving sellers visibility into stock levels, product performance, and return rates. This is especially valuable for businesses that operate across multiple platforms and need centralized control over their inventory. The platform supports multi-location inventory management and can help identify underperforming products or pricing inefficiencies. From a usability standpoint, Entriwise provides a unified dashboard where users can monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and profitability across all connected marketplaces. This centralized view helps sellers make informed decisions about pricing, restocking, and marketing strategies. The interface is designed to be intuitive, even for users without deep accounting expertise. Entriwise is particularly well-suited for retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers in sectors like electronics, fashion, and home goods. Whether you're a solo entrepreneur or managing a team, the platform scales with your business needs. It processes over $2 billion in e-commerce transactions per year, demonstrating its reliability and adoption among serious sellers. In terms of pricing, Entriwise offers flexible plans starting at around $55 per month, making it accessible for small businesses while still offering enterprise-grade features for larger operations. Ultimately, Entriwise transforms e-commerce accounting from a manual chore into a streamlined, automated process, freeing up time for sellers to focus on growth, customer service, and strategic planning. It’s not just an integration tool, it’s a comprehensive financial operations platform tailored to the unique challenges of online retail. If you're managing multiple sales channels and struggling with bookkeeping accuracy, Entriwise could be the missing link between your storefronts and your financial systems.
