FastTradein

FastTradein is cloud-based trade-in software for phone and electronics stores. Retailers add a device valuation widget to their website and manage online requests, in-store intake and inspections in one workspace. Customers receive a preliminary estimate based on the store’s own prices and their answers about device condition. Staff inspect the device, record its IMEI or serial number, and agree on the final offer. If the condition differs, the customer can accept or decline a revised offer by link. The workspace supports handover records and store-issued vouchers. The store buys the device, pays the customer and owns the customer relationship. FastTradein provides the software and charges a monthly subscription with 0% transaction commission. Application data is stored in Germany (EU). Starter is $29/month, Business $99/month and Pro $199/month, plus applicable taxes. All plans offer a 14-day free trial with no card required.

Fenikya

Fenikya is a cloud-based e-commerce platform that lets businesses in Turkey launch and run an online store without writing code or hiring a developer. Stores go live on a free subdomain and can be moved to a custom domain at any time. Payment providers and shipping carriers used in the Turkish market are integrated out of the box, so sellers can start taking orders and printing labels on day one. Products, stock and orders stay in sync with marketplaces, letting sellers manage a single catalog instead of maintaining separate listings on each channel. Everything runs on a monthly subscription with no revenue commission — the price does not increase as sales grow. Takes no commission on merchant revenue. A free starter plan is available, and paid plans begin with a 14-day trial.

Flowa Order Management System

Flowa is a fulfilment platform for DTC fashion and apparel brands that manufacture in China and sell worldwide. We hold your stock in a hub beside the factory and ship each order direct to your customer, typically in 3–7 days to major markets.* You run the whole operation from one platform: orders, inventory, routing, exceptions and billing. Flowa is not software-only. The platform and the physical operation are one product. The same system that shows you an order is the one our warehouse team picks, packs and ships from, so what you see on screen is what's happening on the floor. WHY BRANDS USE FLOWA Most apparel brands that make product in China reach customers through a long chain: factory, freight forwarder, sea freight, customs broker, local warehouse, local carrier. Every handoff adds days, cost and another place for information to get lost. Stock sits at sea for weeks before it can be sold, and cash sits with it. Flowa's view is simple. Fulfilment should be next to your factory or next to your customer. If you sell into several countries, being next to the factory means one stock pool serving every market, no long sea leg, and inventory that becomes sellable within 24–48 hours of arriving at our hub.* WHO IT'S FOR Flowa is built for established, trading DTC apparel brands in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US that: - manufacture clothing or soft accessories in China - sell mainly through Shopify, typically from around 1,500 orders a month upwards - want faster delivery into more markets without opening a warehouse in each one - want less cash tied up in stock that's still in transit Many brands run Flowa alongside their existing local warehouse rather than replacing it, using Flowa for new markets, new collections or drops. Flowa is not the right fit for pre-launch brands, dropshippers, Amazon or marketplace-first sellers, or heavy, bulky, liquid, chemical or battery products. We focus on light items (roughly under 1.2 kg packed) that travel by air. THE PLATFORM Dashboard A daily action queue shows what needs your attention, with customisable data tiles and notifications. Orders Every order moves through a clear workflow: Action Required, In Progress, Delivered, Blocked or Cancelled. You can check, edit, split, duplicate or cancel orders before they reach the warehouse, intercept an order while it's still in our network, and run bulk actions. Orders that need attention come with a guided fix flow. Inventory See every SKU as incoming, reserved, available or on QA hold, with a full audit trail. Bundles are supported, products can be bulk-imported from Google Sheets or Excel, and product measurements are set by the warehouse at inbound so shipping charges are based on actual dimensions. Exceptions Delays, failed delivery attempts and customs holds are flagged in the platform as they happen, so your team can act before your customer gets in touch. AI that recommends, not decides Flowa's AI recommends shipping routes across 300+ lanes,** flags risky orders and surfaces exception insights. Nothing runs automatically. Any flagged order needs your team's approval before the warehouse picks it. Billing Invoices are itemised by category (outbound, inbound, exceptions, services, storage) on a weekly cycle. No exception fee is charged until you approve it. Audit log and settings Every operation on every order is logged. Notification and profile settings are managed in one place. INTEGRATIONS Shopify connects in minutes with no developer needed. Orders, products and tracking sync automatically, and tracking flows back into your store once an order ships. Flowa is API-first, so brands with a custom OMS, IMS or other system can integrate directly. FULFILMENT BUILT FOR APPAREL Item-level accuracy: every item is scanned at inbound rather than estimated by weight, and receiving is recorded on camera. Quality control at the source: garments are checked at the factory for colour, sizing, stitching and labelling before they ship. Defects come with photo evidence, go on QA hold, and rework is coordinated with your factory before goods leave the supply chain. Same-day dispatch: orders received before cut-off are picked, packed and shipped the same day.*** Local delivery experience: last-mile delivery goes through local carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL and USPS, with no Chinese text on labels and tracking that shows the local carrier.**** Branded unboxing: custom packing rules, tissue paper, stickers, inserts and kitting, set to your instructions. Returns: Flowa runs the returns process. You set the policy and the charges. On the ground in China: a bilingual team communicates directly with your factories and suppliers, and product photography and sourcing support are available while stock is on its way in. Delivery to 100+ countries. GETTING STARTED 1. Connect your Shopify store. SKUs, orders and supplier details sync automatically. 2. Run a pilot with samples or pre-orders, or start with a single market or collection. 3. Your factory ships stock to the Flowa hub, where it's scanned, checked and made sellable. 4. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched, with tracking sent back to Shopify and every step visible on your dashboard. Most brands are live within 2–3 weeks of the first call.***** There's no long lock-in contract, and each brand gets a dedicated team and a direct line to it. PRICING Every quote is prepared for the individual brand. Cost depends on actual parcel weight, box size, destination, duties and the services you use. Contact Flowa for a quote. WHAT FLOWA IS NOT Flowa is not a freight forwarder, a dropshipping service or a generic global 3PL, and we don't try to be the cheapest option. Brands choose Flowa for speed to market, healthier cash flow and a team that shows its working. If shipping direct from China isn't right for your catalogue or your markets, we'll tell you. * Delivery time depends on destination, parcel weight and service level. Not all routes are guaranteed within this window. Stock is sellable within 24–48 hours of arrival for standard inbound, subject to QA holds and inbound volume. ** Route count refers to AI-evaluated shipping options. Not all lanes are available for every product type or destination. *** Orders received before the daily cut-off. **** Carrier and label options depend on destination and route. ***** For most brands. Complex integrations or high SKU counts may take longer.

Food Delivery Application and Taxi service Application

We built the Food Delivery Platform as an event-driven system with three independently deployable services sitting behind a single API gateway, rather than one monolithic backend. The Order Service, Dispatch Service, and Restaurant Service each own their own responsibility and can be scaled, deployed, and debugged independently — an order-intake spike that hammers the Order Service doesn't degrade active delivery tracking running through the Dispatch Service. Order intake writes go straight to PostgreSQL and simultaneously push onto a Redis queue that the Dispatch Service consumes — so a burst of incoming orders gets buffered and processed in order, rather than each request racing to write and match a driver synchronously. Live order-tracking state (where's my food) is cached in Redis rather than hitting Postgres on every poll from the consumer app, which is what keeps tracking responsive even during peak load. Restaurant onboarding runs through its own service with a self-serve flow, so new restaurants go live without a developer touching the database.
