What do you like best about MyHub?

The customer service is excellent. MyHub provides a boutique experience and works with you to make the most of their software. The software itself is easy to use and their documentation is pretty good. It connected flawlessly to my client's MS 365 account. The pricepoint is right, too. If you really do your research you will find that MyHub is a great price for what you get. The other intranet CMS's I looked at were anywhere from 25%-200% higher than MyHub, with some not offering an app or charging more if they do have an app. MyHub includes their app with the total price. What do you dislike about MyHub?

There are some limitations like not having categories for blog posts, but there is a work around for that. There were a few additional items, like no icon box module or breadcrumbs, but they are willing to work with you to implement things and/or find an alternate solution. Even though there are some items that I coudn't get the way I wanted, I will stick with MyHub because they are constantly improving their CMS. They actually care and it shows in the software. I know it will continue to get better and better. You can't put a price on integrity. It's refreshing to find a vendor that listens to the needs of their customers and takes action immediately. What do you like best about MyHub?

Most useful -- forms submission -- for leave requests and timesheet modifications. We have 2 offices, so having all the requests in one place is so awesome. Also, the newletter feature for weekly announcements. Those are the 2 features we use the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyHub?

No intuitive for building the site and forms. I've gotten the hang of it, but if I want to assign HUB management to a member of my team, it may take them a while to get the nuance of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyHub?

From the initial training and introduction by the MyHub team, our staff have found MyHub to be an easy to use, easy to maintain company intranet solution. It was an easy to setup product, and worked well with the single sign on option. We are able to design pages the way we wish, make changes easily, and self-train new staff on how to navigate the software. The customer support and updates to features are also excellent. What do you like best about MyHub?

Setting up was simple, but equally important, re-configuring was easy too. We use this every day, not so much as a classic intranet, but have configured it as a portal for our subcontractors. Considering integration, we routinely embed Google Sheets. Finally, customer support, including both tech support and account service has been uniformly excellent. What do you like best about MyHub?

The biggest upside of MyHub is how easy it is to build the portal from the beginning stages all the way to the end. On the user end, it's also very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the app had more features and I know it just released not too long ago so there's more time for it to evolve.. but I think the app needs more features to mimick the website version. What do you like best about MyHub?

I like that the process of creating the webstie was very user friendly and easy to modify to my likings. It can take a lot of work getting the website to where you want it to be, and the process can be very tedious, but the results are very rewarding and my employees really appreciate the website as it helps them with their everyday workflows. What do you dislike about MyHub?

The only downside I see to this is that it is very easy for you to accidentally delete something, or make a change that causes 3 more steps to get back. It feels like its almost there with sharepoint, it would be great if you could just open documents on the fly like an excel file and then be able to fill out the excel file and click on save and thats it, but you can't you have to download then make edits then upload it back. The MyHub Instranet Software lets us maintain a robust staff intranet site for a fraction of the price of other brands. The program is relatively easy to use and is always working on new features to improve their systems. The customer service support is wonderful and quick to respond at any hour of the day.
