I like that it is very easy to navigate, you can access you pay stubs, time care, PTO balance, benefits information.. basically anything form an HR perspective... it's all right at your fingertips. MyHub Software is generally simple to utilize and is extremely adaptable. It took less than a few weeks to develop a multi-page private portal, with a lot of information, that addresses our needs. The pre-built templates and the one-on-one virtual training, along with the help guides and videos, kick-started and enabled quick development without requiring a technical background. Page creation, page management, security, and client management are brilliant.

The customer service is the best in the business in responsiveness, addressing issues, and providing helpful solutions. MyHub aims to please and consistently goes above and beyond as a premier vendor!

The Document Exchange capabilities were the main reason for us to choose MuHub. The Microsoft Explorer structure and related security are great. On a page, it is possible to set up hyperlinks to documents stored in the Document Exchange. The ability to set up a hyperlink to a folder in the Document Exchange does not currently exist, and we hope that this significant improvement will be made available at some point.

Organizing and coloring fonts across the site was somewhat difficult to manage. Many of the links we were adding seemed to be organized incorrectly. Perhaps it was our fault, but it seemed to take a long time to get them right. However, once we did, there were no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service was very helpful, initial phone call to go over the product, they were very responsive over email. They also extended my trial when I need some more time to set it up and get it approved. They also informed me of some updates they will be doing in the coming year. The price is good compared to other forum services and the ability to implement multiple forums on one platform with different settings was very appealing to us. The interface is a bit clunky/slow - pages do not load as fast as I would like. There are some limitations to how much you can customize the site - for example, wanted to add a favicon but could not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to build and share with MyHub. Your process of opening the site. Configuration in a few steps. Inclusion of Google documents and options make it special. Allow users according to their permission levels to change administer test their sites. Although in theory there is a dedicated expert to accompany the design of a site when it is necessary in some opportunities this support has not been provided with the required speed. But it is more of expectations than functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
