I wish there was a way to sort leads by who has opened an email in the "people" section, in addition to being able to view and compare cadences side by side for percentages and have SalesLoft make recommendations for a better cadence. Chorus sometimes incorrectly measures talk time or the number of interactions. A user could manually correct that "feedback" provided by Chorus so AI would learn from that and improve the call analysis in future calls. Is this already possible, or something that can developed?

I find that calls aren't analyzed quickly at times, and this may be due to the length of calls. but I've experienced times where my calls aren't analyzed for hours. Since you integrate with Gong, I wonder if we would be able to listen to a call directly from Salesforce without having to open up... Read more
