# How do you create scenarios?

Rapport.cloud is prompted by you. The Rapport team will help build your first scenario for each region, in order to establish a knowledge base.

To customize scenarios, you can provide docs like:

Sales methodology, product data, personas and ICPs, focus, roles, specialties, etc.
