I have used Packet tracer 7 years ago, when I using it wasn't powerful like gns3. So please provide me feature a comparison of it

Sometimes additional rights are needed. Sometimes the credentials don't work. If I struggle long enough, I can sometimes find a solution, but it usually isn't worth the time and effort.

I want to train Service Desk Analyst using the CBT platform however the courses are not grouped by career path which makes it difficult.
