some tracking still keep tracking even after delivery is made. who is updating the GPS? can we have room to improve the service from vendors GPS signals?
at times, ETA is incorrect because driver is stopped or on break, and depending on drivers hours of service the ETA might be pushed out another 4-5 hours depending, on break length.

We have develop our model in Planning Area that is different to the ones available of the shell, however we have failed to enable the demand sensing algorithms as it seems that it requires structures that are not available in our planning area.
To understand the result of planning and taking actions on that excel EPM formatting is basic core but it’s vast and not available condensed material. I need some guidance/book/white paper where all basic required configurations are covered
Sometimes we have IT issues - carrier see all the data at P44, but here in Amazon we have 0 tracebility for particular load. Data is missed while it was transmitted from your system to ours.
