What do you like best about Fluent by Apryse?

I really like the management and structure of the company. They always listen to our opinions, and we can find common ground on any issue.

Another pleasant aspect is that when our company makes a request for report processing, we don't have to wait long. Usually, a new feature will be implemented within a month. This is really convenient because, in other products we used before WinWard, we sometimes had to wait more than a year. MORE THAN A YEAR!

It's quite nice that they support Office 365 and all updates and the latest versions of Office. We end up killing two birds with one stone when we purchase a subscription to Office and WinWard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluent by Apryse?

They don't have a lot of accompanying documentation. Everything is fine, but sometimes there's a problem with the documentation: it's often lacking.

But on the bright side, you can always call them - and they will politely and courteously answer any question. Not all the time, only during working hours, but still. You don't have to wait more than a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fluent by Apryse:

Write to support - there are live people, not bots.

If you have problems with report generation - this is the place for you :) the guys know what they're doing, and they've been doing it for quite a while. We even managed to talk to their director personally. It was nice that they don't ignore us and are ready to help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fluent by Apryse solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the help of their product, we create reports that are custom-made for us and only for us. This is priceless!

We can customize the reports absolutely any way we want. The amount of freedom that WinWard gives us in this regard is probably the main reason why my department of economists and I started using them.

options like e-Signature is difficult to do in iText DITO. integration with other applications like MS office is not seamless compared to adobe.
