What do you like best about WaveMaker?

You need not know anything about code to start with Wavemaker. I used this way back in college when I was an undergraduate and needed a part-time project. At that time I knew the basics of C and Java and I did not face any big hurdles while using the product.

What do you dislike about WaveMaker?

What do you like best about WaveMaker?

The way to use all of the languages at one place with ease. It has helped me lift my career from a Manual QA to SDET. I was unsure where to start and took a course where wavemaker was suggested for IDE and I'm glad that I did. I started from small-time code to building full-fledged applications using wavemaker. What do you dislike about WaveMaker?

I haven't come across any such vulnerability or trait of this IDE to write.

It's just that I was trying to add python library into it but found it difficult to find the way to do so on my own, had to take help from a youtube video. So I can say that maybe tips , tricks and in-app tutorials may help to people like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WaveMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wavemaker is helping anyone who wants to learn coding or app development or Automation for that case by providing easy interface and in-app features like drag drop to build application using less coding.

One way I used it was to initially create an app using drag drop and then learn how it was made by studying the code.

What do you like best about WaveMaker?

I liked that widgets and variables can be created with low to no effort. You drag and drop the widget and WaveMaker will automatically generate the HTML equivalent code and you can customize the features of the widget with your created or imported variable, such as events, default value, and many other things. What do you dislike about WaveMaker?

If you applied styling to a page, sometimes the editor will also get affected, like the size of the window box you are currently in. The variable is also seemly bugged, in a way that a variable element sometimes disappears that you need to toggle the option again to make it appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For those who looking to code with little to no effort, WaveMaker is a good tool to use. You can try the 30 days trial to get to know the feature and try example projects provided by WaveMaker. What problems is WaveMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since the months after I got introduced to WaveMaker, I have solved a training problem in which I explored the features WaveMaker has to offer (Creating a simple add and update table) and a real project in which I improved a page to make it more efficient. What do you like best about WaveMaker?

Its an amazing low code software creator for mobile and web. I love how it allows me to create clean and well-aligned UI/ UX within minutes. I dont have to worry about event handling as well. Love that!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has some limitations, the first one is that I have to do the styling separately and that can be time-consuming. Secondly, the website hangs sometimes while i am in the middle of working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its a low code solution which is very helpful for new developers and developers with less experience.
