**What do you like best about Squivr?**

Relationship maps and account plans have continued to improve with more features to track and expose the Salesforce data.

**What do you dislike about Squivr?**

Earlier limitations were removed, keep it up Squivr

**What problems is Squivr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We lacked visibility into our deals which prevented effective coaching from our managers to our reps.  Now with Squivr, it is obvious if a rep is considering the entire buying committee and where we stand wrt each person.  Similarly, we lacked the "big picture" for our accounts - with the economy today we have prioritized our efforts to cross-sell into existing accounts.  Without Squivr it would take forever to figure out what accounts were good targets for what products.  Now with Squivr White Space it is crystal clear.

**What do you like best about Squivr?**

Squivr's Salesforce Org Charts allows our team to quickly set up and review any hierarchy needed. Since the product is object agnostic, it can meet requirements involving both standard and custom Salesforce objects.

The overall experience is user-friendly for both admins and users. The setup is easy and allows individual configurations to be created for each object. From a user's perspective, the hierarchy itself allows easy record changes, drag and drop, grouping, search and even export if needed.

**What do you dislike about Squivr?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Squivr's solution, as it fully satisfied the requirement we had to create and display hierarchies.

**What problems is Squivr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this time, Squivr is helping us visualise and update the internal hierarchy as needed. By using the org chart, changes are faster than opening and editing each record individually. The entire team also appreciates the clarity of how the team cards are organised and colour coded.

**What do you like best about Squivr?**

As a Customer Success Director, I’m constantly working through complex customer org structures. Squivr’s org charts and stakeholder groups bring helpful clarity to that complexity. The visual structure makes it easier to understand reporting lines, ownership, and influence across teams, while stakeholder groups help align the right people around each initiative. It’s an intuitive, powerful way to keep everyone on the same page as organizations grow and change.

**What do you dislike about Squivr?**

The team has been very impressed so far, have not encountered any downsides.

**What problems is Squivr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Squivr solves the challenge of understanding and managing complex stakeholder environments, where visibility is often fragmented across teams. Having that clarity in one place helps us be more intentional in how we engage accounts, prepare for renewals, and align the right stakeholders around strategic initiatives. It ultimately makes our account planning more proactive and less reactive.

**What do you like best about Squivr?**

Intuitive UI: The clean interface makes updating Salesforce data seamless and frictionless, leading to instant team adoption.

Powerful Visualizations: ArcSite and ArcGroups offer incredible visualizations of account relationships, allowing us to focus on key stakeholders and save massive amounts of time.

Actionable Insights: The Action Plan, Playbook, and Whitespace Analysis features provide the clear reporting we need to manage deals effectively and spot new opportunities.

Flexible & Secure: It works with any Salesforce object, and all our data remains securely within our own environment.

Easy to Install and Integrate: Installation and integration is simple and easy.

Responsive Customer Service: JP and team respond very quickly, providing accurate and helpful support.

Usage: This app can be used daily to manage Salesforce relationship data.

**What do you dislike about Squivr?**

Given its range of powerful features like ArcSite, ArcGroups, Playbooks, and Whitespace Analysis, the initial learning curve and setup can be challenging. While the UI is intuitive for end-users, configuring all these components to perfectly match a company's specific sales process and custom objects might require a dedicated effort from a Salesforce admin to get the maximum value from the investment.

**What problems is Squivr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Squivr is solving relationship management data problems that exist in native Salesforce that requires many clicks and tabs to be open. Squivr solves these problems by consolidating the most important information into an intuitive UI. This enables me to work more efficiently, saving my time and reducing errors I create in data when too many tabs are open and data is scattered all over.

**What do you like best about Squivr?**

Makes it easy to find and understand relationships relative to managing leads and building account plans.  Always better since its right inside Salesforce instead of having to branch out somewhere or integrate with another product.

There were a few implementation concerns however the team was helpful in resolving them quickly.

Gaining clarity in complex enterprise selling allowing more time to strategize and less time hunting/clicking.

Sqivr has become and essential tool for our team.  It helps identify key stakeholders, map reporting structures, and track progress across complex accounts.  What used to take hours of manual research and data entry now happens seamlessly within salesforce

The software delivers what it promises.  I don't have any dislikes.

Squivr provides clear, actionable insights that keep our entire team aligned and focused on the right relationships and opportunities.  The visibility it delivers into account health, engagement, and relationship strength has helped us plan more strategically and collaborate more effectively.  It's a huge time saver and a powerful way to bring true account intelligence directly into our daily workflow

**What do you like best about Squivr?**

Squivr’s customer support and ease of use really stand out. Squivr gives us the ability to visualize stakeholders and tie 30/60/90 plans directly to Salesforce activities has significantly improved visibility and strengthened coaching.

**What do you dislike about Squivr?**

There is a slight learning curve when first configuring templates and layouts, especially when aligning with existing Salesforce structures.

**What problems is Squivr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Squivr, account plans were inconsistent and relationship visibility was very limited. Squivr centralizes account strategy, stakeholder mapping, and execution milestones in one place, making progress measurable and improving sales leader involvement. We no longer have to chase down Sales reps to ask for their strategic account plan document. This way we can monitor progress and report on these metrics.

**What do you like best about Squivr?**

JP, James and the whole team were excellent to work with.  They came to the table prepared for all calls and they could quickly answer most questions.  For questions that they couldn't answer on the spot (mainly items that would need enhancements) they supported these questions with ease and followed up regularly until everything was completed. 

We were encouraged and did ask any and all questions from the time we engaged with them until the project was completed.  They work to understand the full picture and work with the teams to have a complete solution created and implemented.

**What do you dislike about Squivr?**

We do not have any dislikes of Squivr or their product.  The team works hard, collaborates & communicates extremely well.

**What problems is Squivr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to the tool, we had no visualization or easy way to see how accounts are tied to one another.  With this tool, we can now see the relationship between accounts, and their contacts.  Our team also has the ability to change the view of the org charts to their preferred view, add opportunities, and download the visualization in an easy manner.  If we had any questions or issues, James, JP and the team were quick to support.

Squivr has been super valuable in giving reps a complete view of stakeholders in their deals- esp valuable in helping to identify the folks we aren't speaking to, but need to. If your sales process requires a need to multi-thread across teams/departments, you need Squivr.

**What do you like best about Squivr?**

Our small business needed a way to benefit from our Sales data.  Squivr is a platform makes our data very valuable.

The dashboard is great!  Reports and Data are front and center--no need to visit a drop-down menu to access the most relevant details.  The Progress Reports offer a simple percent-complete numeric value that is impossible to misinterpret.  The Dashboard allows us an easy to understand high-level visual.  

Moving past the dashboard, the Org Charts is awesome!  Simple to create and manage it offers a great macro visualization.  With a simple click we can drill down into the details-- whether we are reviewing a specific team, the most successful and preferred communication methods, and/or the relationships.  

The 5-Star Scoring (with the ability to add Custom Labels) allows us fill-in-the-blanks.  We can see the designations we assign to Decision Makers and Blockers, the Decision Makers, and to the arbitrary points-of-contact we have identified along the way.  We have found the more data we have collected, the more likely we are to get a signed deal.

Accessing Priorities, Tasks, and other metrics can be accessed by clicking on a member within the Org Chart.  From assigning tasks and avoiding redundant unproductive behaviors, to breaking down our annual business plans into easy to manage tasks-- allowing our teams to assign completion dates.  

Squivr's platform has allowed a partnership between our middle management and our Sales team.  All parties are engaged on a SINGLE platform where our communication is consistent and centrally located.  The interface is intuitive, so training was a breeze!  There are no more surprises, and our customer engagement has skyrocketed, since introducing Squivr.

**What do you dislike about Squivr?**

As a small company, we had to sell the benefits to our team on the caveat that the data entry be accurate, consistently inputted, and trusted.  

The Sales staff saw it as another management tool that would "...take them out of the field..." and management saw it as a tool that would be used to evaluate the manager's effectiveness.

**What problems is Squivr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turnover and close rates.

Our Sales team has been historically young and experienced a high rate of turnover.  Our reps would gather an impressive amount of data-- from a customer's education background to their hobbies-- during their daily interactions.  Those details were lost when employment was terminated.  Now, with Squivr, the information is collected, logged, and evaluated.  Instead of each call being a cold call, we now employ targeted and tactical approaches.  Our staff enter a situation with relationship information detailing the organizational structure, and a briefing on past communications and efforts.   With Squivr, we can evaluate our successes and failed attempts.  By providing this information to our new employees and turnover has reduced and re-energized our tenured staff.
