What do you like best about Squivr?

Squivr's product suite is easy to install and configure. The org chart functionality allows reps to easily manipulate the visual structure of an organization's hierarchy in a flash! This making it easily digestable for the entire go to market organization, and available to view or edit in Salesforce at any time. There are so many great features within the org chart tool that the reps love to use, like the parking lot concept, sentiment tracking, color card options, quick actions to create related records, and so much more. Their support is top knotch, very knowledgeable and responsive. They also do a great job with their documenation and support site, which is openly available to all. I highly recommend Squivr products for teams of all sizes, from start-up to fully mature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Squivr?

There are so many features, I feel like it can be easy to miss some without going through a formal training on everything that Squivr has to offer. While the features are easy to understand and use, it just takes a little practice to realize everything that is available to a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Squivr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our reps needed to be able to track their buying committees. The org chart also helps them find holes and focus on a strategy to identify unknown business leaders within enterprise accounts that they are not currently speaking to. They also needed to visualize on sales calls the hierarchy, to help leadership understand the complexity of org structures they are selling into, and indentify opportunities to expand conversations upward and outward.
