I really find GitKraken Desktop simple and easy to use, making sense even for someone who isn't a software developer. Some things that aren't really clear are just terminology that they use because it'll be different from things that are, like, in GitLab or GitHub. Just terminology that doesn't align. I've a savvy Git commandline user, however I like GitKraken for making my life easier in my day-to-day code review tasks.

Gitkraken is already the best tool ever for version control but yes there are some things they can improve on:

Gitkraken is a nice git client. You can easily manage your projects using it. It has a nice new functions, like GLO (it is like Trello). So you can easily connect your project to this boards.

Gitkraken offers a lot for the user, though it was initially a bit overwhelming having everything at your fingertips represented by icons.
