The product and inventory management features are valuable, making it easy to manage the store without much technical effort. The setup was straightforward, allowing me to get the store ready without much technical knowledge. Shopify has supported our growth by making it easy to manage products and orders as the business scales. The inventory management and app integration help to scale without adding much complexity.

I love the fact that Shopify is intuitive for the user. I can make changes to the back end of the website without needing to always employ someone else to assist. I enjoy the suggestions and hints for new apps and features and the assistance from Sidekick is unbelievable and makes such a difference every day. It connects really well with the rest of my Shopify stack. Alongside Shopify itself, I also use Smile.io for our rewards program, and both integrations pull customer and order data smoothly without any conflicts. Having Klaviyo, Shopify, and Smile.io all talking to each other means I can build email flows that reflect real customer behavior — purchases, points, rewards — without manually pulling data from multiple places.

I really enjoy Shopify's product and order management capabilities. Additionally, I find the payment integration to be very easy. The initial setup of Shopify was very easy for me, as they seem to have a ready-made website available for use. Overall, I'm satisfied with Shopify.
