So hard to name one thing. It truly is the complete package. After struggling for years to get other AMS to do what we needed, working with Novi and how the system performs and integrates is far superior. The Novi team continues to incorporate AI, and the support is top-notch. They may be more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for.

I use Novi AMS for my multifamily association platform, and I'm really impressed with how it has streamlined our internal processes and made the member onboarding experience seamless. The entire platform is incredibly user-friendly, which simplifies our daily duties significantly. I love that Novi AMS allows our team to put more on the members in terms of finding their committee supporting documents throughout the year. The Novi team is one of a kind and always willing to help, making our transition from the previous AMS so easy. Jamie, our onboarding specialist, was fantastic and truly made the setup process effortless. It's hard to find anything not to love about Novi AMS, and I think everyone should be using it as their AMS.

NOVI is incredibly user friendly and the staff support is amazing. I have never used a software that was so intutitive and helpful for keeping track of so much in one place. They also are constantly updating the features t o meet the needs of association professionals which I think is what makes them stand out the most. We use Constant Contact and the ease of syncing lists over is great! It has really helped us maintain more accurate lists for specific groups of people and communicate specific details with event attendees.
