The system allows us to streamline many of our processes! Customer service is great and always available to quickly walk me through questions or steps. The Novi team is continually updating the platform with new features that come straight from the customers so I definitely feel heard by them and not just 'another number' in the mix. When I have questions about something, their team is available through their chat feature or virtual office hours, and if my question needs to be escalated up, I'm able to speak directly to their management team to have it resolved. The communication is always very transparent and I appreciate that.

We have used Novi since 2020 and it still amazes me how the system continues to evolve to meet the everchanging needs of Associations. Customer success and efficiency remains the focus when implementing new features. It's incredible to be apart of the Novi family where your input helps shape the features and system. Great customer service and always adding new services. They actually let you know how your product requests are progressing through their system and provide free training on all new services. They even sat down with us (for free again!) to review how we're using their system and suggest easier workflows. Incredible!
