I have been using Novi to house all documents for our committees. When a BOD member is logged in and on the BOD committee page, all meeting assets are readily available for their review. The process of attaching agenda, reports, and any other important information is very easy. I also love the seamless connection to Quickbooks Online. The open API has made it very easy for us to develop and connect some of our own developed software to the SSO.

I can’t recommend NOVI AMS enough. We came from another provider that wasn’t willing to help us work through our issues, and the difference with NOVI has been night and day. When we onboarded with NOVI, I felt like Lea became part of our staff. She got a crash course in New Jersey and was working with us on a daily basis to get everything up and running. During our first year, we’ve had issues—as with any software—but support has been consistently responsive. It isn’t instant, but it’s usually within 1–2 hours. When we ran into a major issue with our email deliveries, I scheduled a call and ended up meeting with the CEO and the head of development. They spent a lot of time with us and tracked down the problem. Once it was corrected, I assumed that would be the end of it, but the CEO followed up to walk me through the improvements they’re making so this won’t happen again for us or the rest of their clients. The personal attention has been amazing, and the software is constantly being upgraded. Yes, it costs more than some other providers, but you get what you pay for—and with NOVI, you definitely do.

Having now used NOVI for over three years, we are still sold on this AMS, and are thrilled by the staff and service we receive. The company is truly customer centric. Customers drive the research and development of new features and enhancements. This software is not just keeping pace with technology, it is leading the way. The product continues to grow and the robust functionality makes it THE AMS to have in our opinion.
