We continue to be incredibly happy with our Novi AMS experience. Since writing my original review, Novi has introduced a number of intuitive enhancements that have helped streamline our operations and support our small staff. Some of my favorite additions include the built-in Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, the Census feature for member data updates, and the Committee Management module. As someone who manages our education and events, I've also appreciated the continuous improvements to the Event module, it just keeps getting better. The Member Compass has become an excellent self-service tool, empowering our members to update information, register for events, and manage more of their interactions without needing staff assistance. We've also experienced very little downtime and have noticed a significant improvement in system responsiveness. Overall, Novi continues to evolve in ways that make a real difference for both our staff and our members.

We've now been using Novi AMS for quite some time, and our experience continues to be outstanding. As our association has grown, Novi has grown with us. The platform has become the hub for our membership, event registrations, communications, committees, and website management. We especially appreciate the continual product improvements, responsive customer support, and the extensive training resources available. It's clear that Novi listens to customer feedback and is committed to making the platform even better. We continue to recommend Novi to any association looking for an all-in-one AMS solution.

Novi continues to evolve and improve. Most importantly, they listen and provide feedback and improvements all the time. They make running an association so much easier.
