The integrations with other tools are by far the most appreciated feature for me, such as JIRA integration, Trello board integration, etc. The deep MS 365 integration within the app allows users to access Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Notes directly, which makes it feel like a more collaborative platform overall. The UI is very organized and user-friendly, and it reduces cluttered conversations with the help of team-based channels. It also scales really well for large organizations. Security and Compliance, along with Copilot AI integration, help with summarizing meetings, making notes, and creating drafts.
