Awesome collaboration tool that supports chatting, video calls, audio calls, and more. Beyond the basic collaboration features, it also lets you share files, emojis, and GIFs. The integrations with other tools are by far the most appreciated feature for me, such as JIRA integration, Trello board integration, etc. The deep MS 365 integration within the app allows users to access Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Notes directly, which makes it feel like a more collaborative platform overall. The UI is very organized and user-friendly, and it reduces cluttered conversations with the help of team-based channels. It also scales really well for large organizations. Security and Compliance, along with Copilot AI integration, help with summarizing meetings, making notes, and creating drafts.

What I like most about Microsoft Publisher is how easy it is to create professional-looking brochures, flyers, newsletters, invitations, and other print materials without needing advanced design skills. The drag-and-drop layout tools, templates, text formatting, and precise object positioning make it quick to turn an idea into a polished document. I also find it reliable for everyday desktop publishing work and appreciate how familiar the Microsoft interface feels.

I appreciate having sales, services, and marketing data all in one place with Dynamics 365 Marketing. The fact that high organizations use it to manage massive contact lists is awesome, and that's why I trust it so much. The complex and accurate data it provides is really valuable to me.
