The ultimate control center for my workday, despite a slightly dated interface

The deep integration between the email client, the calendar, and the task management system is what keeps my workday organized. I love that I can drag and drop an email directly into my calendar to instantly block out time to work on it. The Quick Steps feature is also a massive time-saver, letting me archive, label, and forward repetitive emails with a single keyboard shortcut.

Reliable hub for daily collaboration, though it can be a resource hog

The seamless integration with the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem is by far its biggest strength. I can open, edit, and share Excel sheets or Word docs directly inside a chat without constantly switching apps. The audio and video quality for calls is consistently solid, and having chats, channels, and files all organized in one place makes tracking project history incredibly easy for my team.
