I love that Lofty is an all-inclusive platform, so I don't have to buy a bunch of different tech. It includes the website and IDX feed, and even though there are optional add-on services, the core components are integrated. I appreciate that Lofty is a pioneer in the AI space for real estate and that the software is continuously updated and enhanced. I like the user interface and the new co-work tool, which offers a personal assistant feature within the CRM. The smart plans and lead scoring system help me identify which clients to prioritize. The ease of use makes navigating the platform straightforward, especially when creating smart plans and managing daily workflows. The initial setup was super easy, with help from my account manager, and the tools guide you through the steps when you log in.

I use Lofty for lead conversion and follow-up, and it’s the only CRM I rely on for our database. My favorite features are Smart Plans and lead filtering, which really simplify my goals and help me meet my job responsibilities. Smart Plans make sure no lead gets left behind or falls through the cracks, while lead filters make it easy to focus my follow-ups on the leads that need attention most. I found Lofty’s initial setup fairly straightforward, and at this point it’s become second nature. I also appreciate that Lofty is always improving, and as long as that continues, we’ll be sticking with it. Customer support is another big plus—they’re quick to answer whenever I call because I’m stuck or don’t understand how to do something.

Lofty is one of the few platforms that supports my local IDX data for tools like CMAs and granular property alerts. For a rural area with poor support from other major platforms, Lofty is my only choice.
