I like that Letter AI is AI-powered, which is really helpful because it kind of gets you to the 50-yard start line instead of starting from zero. It's completely revamped how we build trainings, modules, and learnings. The AI role play feature is fantastic and feels like the future, providing insightful feedback and allowing people to practice and fail forward. It's customizable, making it really helpful for managing and supporting a large number of people in the go-to-market team. The setup experience was rock solid, and the team, including Charlie Emmons and Raja Gupta, has been fabulous in implementing best practices and considering our feedback. It's exciting to see things from our feedback getting built, and the customer success team has been great.

I like the support team the most, with Rajat Gupta being an incredible asset in getting the software implemented and onboarded correctly. LetterAI will be integral to our organization’s success from a ramping and enablement perspective. Being able to create accurate learning quickly from existing assets—and deliver it in multiple modalities—has been hugely impactful for our GTM audience. The platform is easy to navigate, and the interface is highly intuitive. Integrations with other solutions we use daily, such as Aprimo and Clari, add insight into our deal cycles and give sellers the opportunity to unlock real-time deal insights. The AI agent has also been highly valuable, delivering the quick responses the team needs when working with customers live and throughout the deal cycle. The support we’ve received from the Letter team has been unmatched. Krupa has been instrumental in helping us roll out our first phase of the solution to the field, and the team’s responsiveness and flexibility have made this one of the most seamless software integrations I’ve experienced.
