Streamlines things. example: changing payroll review to one screen to review and add bonuses from one screen that functions like a regular spreadsheet for filling in multiple info, yet is 'smart' and autosaves so you can go back out and back in without worrying about losing/re-entering info. LOVE how easy it is to onboard someone or remove. Love how they allow us to easily have team members in multiple states and those relevant taxes paid through gusto without me worrying about compliance in all those areas. I love the integration with background checking so we don't have to use a separate service. Simple to understand pricing that appears to me to be of great value for the services included. It's quick - our team can input hours from their phone app or online. HIGHLY recommend! I've referred to quite a few other businesses even before I knew they had a referral bonus available!

I really enjoyed the ease of the set up process for myself and my employees. It is nice to have the many tiered options at a reasonable price point so a new business can start out AND grow with the same company. I also really enjoy the integrations of many different platforms into the software. It gives you more options and control of how you operate your business.
