I find it to be incredibly intuitive, which is not always a given with sites and software related to tracking time and activities. I like that they communicate well, also - keep users informed of deadlines and opportunities but also not overly communicating to the point where you're so inundated with messages that they start to be missed.

makes payroll simple - Gusto works hard to make it as easy to understand as possible. LOVE having my 'dashboard' of key actions to take care of. Helps me not worry about what I might be missing as everything timely is listed right there. They work very hard to make each function as simple to understand as possible. Streamlines things. example: changing payroll review to one screen to review and add bonuses from one screen that functions like a regular spreadsheet for filling in multiple info, yet is 'smart' and autosaves so you can go back out and back in without worrying about losing/re-entering info. LOVE how easy it is to onboard someone or remove. Love how they allow us to easily have team members in multiple states and those relevant taxes paid through gusto without me worrying about compliance in all those areas. I love the integration with background checking so we don't have to use a separate service. Simple to understand pricing that appears to me to be of great value for the services included. It's quick - our team can input hours from their phone app or online. HIGHLY recommend! I've referred to quite a few other businesses even before I knew they had a referral bonus available!
