What I like most about Gusto is that everything is in one place. Reimbursements, time-off requests, paycheck tracking, and pay stub history are all only a few clicks away. Instead of emailing HR every time I need an old pay stub or want to check the status of a reimbursement, I can just log in and find it myself, which saves time for both me and HR. The site is fast and smooth, and the mobile app is just as easy to use, so I can take care of things on the go without any friction. I also appreciate the reminders and notifications—small things like a heads-up about a pending task or a time-off status update keep me from having to check back manually. It’s a small touch, but it adds up. One unexpected benefit has been on the onboarding side. I’ve been assigned to help bring new hires up to speed, and Gusto’s task tracking makes it easy to see exactly where each person is in the process.

I like that Gusto is good at recording hours, keeping track of my hours accurately. I haven't encountered any problems with Gusto, which is a plus. I enjoy the payday advances because it helps when I need cash and payday is days away. The initial setup of Gusto was very simple.

I use Gusto for company timekeeping and payout, and it resolves the headache of manual entry. It's a real time saver, to say the least. I also find the on-demand pay feature awesome.
