Intuitive easy-to-learn interface, organized and streamlined our communication lines!

I was really impressed with how easy it is to figure out. In all honesty we had to tell their onboarding team that we didn't need their help because we already had figured most of it out. Now THAT is a self-service point-solution I can get behind!

We love the visibility and control that GuideCX provides for our internal team and our Customer to run projects on time, and know exactly what's up and around the corner to keep plugging away.

GuideCX is life changing for our Customer Success Team

GuideCX is a huge upgrade to our entire CS team after having used various different solutions. GuideCX truly has no competition in this arena. The ability to pair with Salesforce is invaluable, and we are currently building out more use cases for the Pre-Sales and other value adds throughout the customer journey. The platform itself is intuitive for Contributors, and as an Admin I find the lift to learn to run the tool is also completely in line with the success and output it provides. I don't mind a steeper learning curve when I'm getting this much value! Our Implementation (as handled by GuideCX and within GuideCX) was simple, straight forward, and any time I have questions anyone is happy to help! I have recieved help through their community group, my CSM, my AE, the in-app Chat... really I have no regrets! My only wish was I wish this had happened sooner.
